The KCA represents more than 20 unique homeowner associations including single family, townhome, condominium, duplex and  fractional residential units. Created in 1997, the KCA has grown from 19 members to over 400. Members enjoy amenities including an owners club, outdoor heated pool and spas, workout facilities, ice-skating, resort benefits along with a wide array of special events and activities that are held throughout the year. The KCA brings all the elements together for an ideal mountain resort lifestyle by creating, maintaining and building an infrastructure that promotes first-rate recreation while promoting friendly community interaction. |
